D155207 - Disc Springs to DIN 2093

Definition and Description | Estimating Fatigue Life | Tolerances

The standard protective surface treatment is phosphate and oiled however superior surface treatments should be considered for disc springs that are to be situated in hostile environments.

DIN 2092/2093 disc springs are manufactured to close tolerances and are made from high quality spring steel strip and forgings.

The disc springs are pre-stressed (scragged) and the machining and radiusing of the inside and outside diameters remove stress raisers which could otherwise reduce disc spring fatigue life.
